BenefitsPower is a complete benefits management solution and a comprehensive source for Human Resource information. BenefitsPower automates communication between Producer, Insurer, Employer and Employee with flexibility and control. By combining client-server and web-based functionality, BenefitsPower streamlines both Human Resource and benefits administration.

BenefitsPower synchronizes with your internet-based HR/employee benefits administration system. Information on plan design, eligibility and benefits information can be accessed when and where the user chooses.

BenefitsPower consists of three separate computer programs that work together as one comprehensive Management System. The three (3) programs are:

  1. Web System: Consists of User Access and User Interfaces for Agency personnel (Admin, Staff, and Agent) as well as Client personnel (Client Admin, Employees). This enables global access to insurance and benefits administration services and information for all relevant parties.
  2. Windows System: A client/server application running on the internal network of the Insurance Agency consisting of all information management features such as client setup and admin, document scanning library and benefits and policy administration.
  3. Synchronization Engine: A background application that is always running and synchronizing modified data between the Web and Windows systems so that all data is always current as if it were a single system.
